Donell Jones was one of my favorite artists while I was growing up because the words to his songs were so genuine and honest. You felt the same things he spoke about and it was impossible for the words not to stick in your head.
Donell recently stopped by the Mo'Nique show to perform his song "Where I Wanna Be" - a song that puts me in a zone whenever it's played.
The performance was a little shaky but his voice and the song brought back memories. R&B just might be looking up with the return of some artists. I guess they couldn't stand their radios either.
