Video Premiere: Cee Lo 'F**K You'

As promised, Cee-Lo released the video for his new song "F**k You."

I love the fact that he played on the doo-wop theme of the song by having three doo-wop background singers appear throughout the video.

The video takes viewers on a visual time-line of Cee-Lo attempting to court a young woman from his childhood all the way up to college and failing miserably. At the very end of the video, he becomes well off while the lady, who continued to turn him down, grows up to make very little of herself. I say this judging from the frown she wore and not because she held a mop in her hand.

With all of these artists borrowing the sounds of the 60s and 70s it sure would be cool to see the Patti LaBelle's and Chaka Khan's of those decades release albums with those sounds. They are already accustomed to the sounds and have the voices for it. Dare to dream...
