It's Time To Grade 2010's Hottest Artists Thus Far...

We are officially in August and you know what that means: back-to-school is upon us. While some of you are plotting on how you are going to make your school halls or dorms your personal catwalk, it's time for us to buckle down and grade some artists.

This year has been great for music. New artists were welcomed with open arms and the artists that represented in 2009 went on to continue their dominance and reigns.

In the same token, some artists slacked the first half of this year releasing "hmmm...ok" songs that left us thinking, "What the f--k is this?!"

It's time to put on your teacher's cap and crack a whip...
