[VIDEO] New Year's Eve Performance: Jennifer Lopez

Last night a collection of performances went down from here in NYC to down in Miami.

Though NYC was the place to be thanks to our big silver famous ball that makes an appearance every New Year's Eve like clockwork, the weather sucked like sewer water.


In the sucky weather, Jennifer Lopez performed a medley of songs which included her new single "Louboutins", "Waiting For Tonight" and "Let's Get Loud."

Though some people are saying that her performance was bad, I didn't think it was that bad. I do, however, think that she is trying a little too hard to keep up with these young performers who have to get close to naked to stay relevant.

Though Jennifer has never been considered one of the performers with strong vocal capabilities, she sure can dance the heck out of a stage. In my opinion, she needs to focus on reinventing herself instead of following other artists' blueprints.
