TLC's T-Boz admits to holding Arista Records hostage...at gun point

Ever since Mase showed up to an Atlanta radio station unannounced (during an interview Diddy was involved in with his group Dirty Money) in hopes of ending his contractual agreement with Diddy's Bad Boy Records, I have been left wondering, what if every artist showed up unannounced in a public setting demanding to be let out of their contracts?

The world would be a better place.

Apparently, there were artist that did something similar to this years ago but in a more I-mean-business kind of way.

Singer T-Boz of the group TLC recently visited the Mo'Nique show and spoke about how she and her group members took a trip to Arista Records to get their just dues by holding CEO Clive Davis hostage at gun point! *shivers at the thought*.

They obviously were not playing. Oh and she goes on record to let those of you out there that just had a light bulb go off in your heads, that this is not the right action to take. Better believe that if you try the same thing the only deal you will get is a plea deal for committing a crime, if you're lucky.

She also insists that new artists should school themselves on the entertainment industry which is so true. It is very important to become a student to the business, read everything from biographies of successful artists to something simple like watching VH1's "Behind The Music", there are a lot of jewels dropped by way of these sources. And if you fail to do your homework, the industry will gladly school you and in the end you will end up with just memories of what you use to be, no bueno.
