The 2009 Soul Train Awards nominees

Maxwell, Beyonce, and Keri Hilson lead the pack of nominees for this year's Soul Train Music Awards being brought to us courtesy of BET's Centric.

This year's award ceremony will be hosted by Taraji P. Henson and Terrance Howard. The show is scheduled to tape on November 3rd and air on both BET and Centric on November 29th at 9 PM.

Michael Jackson will receive the award for Entertainer of the Year. Just another reason for Joe to break out his good clothes *rolls eyes and keeps it moving*.

Oh how I miss the Soul Train Awards and the show in general. There just are not enough music shows anymore. I almost suffered from withdrawal last night when a new episode of "Behind The Music" didn't air.
