Apparently, the "King of Pop" better known as Michael Jackson is ready to make a come back. He is said to be preparing to launch a "30-date comeback" kicking off in London at the overseas O2 arena this Summer.
The deal will allow Michael to rack in $20 million a night for filling up the arena's 20,000 seats which will pretty much set the record for the longest running show at the O2 arena.
I am a huge 80's Michael fan. I think it is important to say the 80's Michael, because in my humble opinion, the man that we see before us today is not the same Michael.
Michael has been rumored to suffer from lung disease but sources within his camp say otherwise. If this show goes through which they say it will, Michael might start the price tag for the tickets at a pocket burning $700.
Kudos to Michael for stepping back into the industry to show us what he's working with. His rep says that he is in great health but the recent photo's we've seen of him tell a different story; but I'm rooting for him to shatter the record for longest running show!
Side Order: The year of the comebacks is in full effect! Currently, Prince holds the record for longest running show at the arena standing at a "21-date run" which he did in 2007.
