*New* Analyze This: Is Ryan's album dedicated to Cassie?

I have been bumping Ryan Leslie's new self-titled album hard body morning, noon, and night. My favorites are "Quicksand", "Addicted", "How It Was Supposed To be", "Shouldn't Have To Wait", and of course "Gibberish". But as I listen, I just can't help but to think that the songs sound a little too personal, like it hits a little too close to home for Ryan.

It's no secret whether they want to admit it or not, Ryan and Cassie had a thing together and it wasn't just music. You could tell from the pics they took together and their demeanor's towards each other in public. But then for some strange reason, you started seeing them apart and Cassie was seen in Diddy's arms a little more than Ryan's. Rumors started circulating around that Cassie was f*cking for tracks (which I found to be ludicrous) because she jumped from one producer to the next (this time the other producer had more bank and status than the other..coincidence?)

Then recently the truth came peeking through in the form of Ryan's interview on the Angie Martinez show in which he asked Cassie personally to call him. Why? Oh because he's been calling her and texting her and getting absolutely no response...guess she was too busy.

Every last song on the album seems to be about this mysterious person that either did Ryan wrong, told him that she would wait for him, or totally just stepped out of his life. Yes I know, it's R&B and every crooner whether they be male or female tend to talk about love and love lost.

Look at Beyonce, she claims she's never even been in a relationship before Jay-Z ~snickers~ to know what it feels like to have her heart broken; but in Ryan's case, given the relevance in time and the way he poured his heart out on the album plus the fact that he brought her up during his interview leads me to believe that Ryan Leslie's album is dedicated to Cassie...that is so sweet. Who knows, I could be looking too deep into it.
