[NEWS] DMX Moved To Mental Health Unit
I've had my reservations about DMX's mental health for a while even before his recent arrests, but I'm a bit happy that now others in power are starting to see the same. DMX was reportedly placed in the mental health unit at an Arizona State Prison complex last Monday (December 20).
At sentencing, the judge who sentenced DMX to a year in jail after he violated his probation, believed that he had an "undiagnosed mental health disorder." So it would seem she took it upon herself to get him some help instead of deciding to dump him back in jail like all the rest.
DMX's record reads like a score card with him being incarcerated 13 times, arrested 25 and raking in 11 felony convictions among other things.
Hopefully he will get better with some evaluation because something really has to change, he does have a family.

Oh Dear! DMX Arrested For Violating Probation
*Sigh* DMX had a run in with the law yet again.
The rapper was arrested in Arizona yesterday, Tuesday, March 9th for violating his probation by doing drugs.
For the past 9 months, DMX has been using illegal drugs which includes cocaine. Obviously, jail is not the solution perhaps rehab will do best a sentiment shared by DMX's lawyer who is hoping that VH1's Dr. Drew can help DMX and his problem.
At this point, DMX and jail go hand in hand like seats on a bus. After watching E! True Hollywood's special on Hip-Hop Wives and hearing what his wife had to say about his numerous run-in's with the law, DMX clearly needs to get out of the limelight and lay low for awhile. His fame is toxic to his life.

DMX fights to perform on stage
Ok, what is in the water in Colorado?! First its "Ballon Boy" and the supposed publicity stunt pulled by his parents and now this?
Here is the quick run down: DMX arrived to perform in Colorado Springs for a show, because he arrived almost 2 hours late security told him he couldn't get on stage. What happens next is what is crazy....
DMX and his crew get pissed about the change of plans and start to fight to get on stage. Security alerts DMX that if he gets on stage he will be arrested, and that is when the riot begins
I apologize for the messy camera work, not all You Tubers are handy with a camera but this is the eyes we have for now. What a mess. First off, DMX needs to calm down just a bit he just got out of jail this summer. Besides, he was pretty late to his own show. Secondly, what was eating security? Would it be such a big deal to have him perform if that is what everyone came out to see?

DMX says no to rehab

Celebrity Rehab that is. The VH1 hit show can count X out, because his publicist has released a statement denying the reports that DMX is heading into Dr. Drew's office.
I must have been under a rock for the past few days , because I didn't even know that DMX was a prospect for the show until I checked my e-mail and saw this,
"Several media outlets have reported that my client Earl Simmons, aka DMX has signed on to appear in VH1's Celebrity Rehab Reality Show. These reports are false and Mr. Simmons has not greed to appear in any reality show. Mr. Simmon's is currently serving a 90 day jail sentence at Tent City Jail in Arizona . He has expressed great appreciation to the overwhelming amount of support he has received from his fans during this difficult time. He would like his fans to know that he is taking this time to focus on his personal as well as spiritual growth, and is looking forward to being released soon."Well, OK. Personally, I think that his appearance on the show, if it were true, would have given DMX a boost in his career simply because for some reason when Hip Hop artists get reality shows their public appeal sky rockets (except for 50 and his "Apprentice" inspired reality show).
Then again, DMX's last reality show on BET was a real head scratcher so maybe he should stay away from reality TV.
So for now, it's a no for DMX and celebrity rehab.
