Rihanna will NOT perform in Dubai

Yeah, so Rihanna is not going to be taking to the stage for the first time since her publicized incident with Chris Brown in Dubai which was scheduled for later on this month. Earlier today, a Dubai concert promoter confirmed Rihanna's canceled concert performance by saying that the timing was "inappropriate".

Hmmm...OK, I wouldn't be ready for work either if I spent most of my days frolicking on the beach and club hopping with cute boys. Take as much time as you need Rihanna and when you come-back, come-back hard.
