Stevie Wonder, who is one of the most talented artists in the world (yes, I said the world) was honored for his musical achievements with the Library of Congress' Gershwin Prize for Popular Song on Wednesday in Washington, D.C.
While President Obama presented the award to Stevie he made mention that Stevie Wonder's music helped him "woo" Michelle,
"I think it's fair to say that had I not been a Stevie Wonder fan, Michelle might not have dated me, we might not have married. The fact that we agreed on Stevie was part of the essence of our courtship."
Awww Stevie making connections one track at a time. Obama then went on to say that Stevie's "was the soundtrack to his youth". During the ceremony, Stevie hinted at putting out more love songs to assist folks in their baby making sessions.
Side Order: I still blast Stevie Wonder at high volumes! He is one of my favorite artists. "My Cherie Amour" takes me to a place..I need a moment...
Side Order: Ummm..Men, are you paying attention? This is the time to take notes, I'm just sayin'.

Beyonce singing "At Last" at the "Neighborhood Ball"
I'll try to make this the last Beyonce post, I know how much some of you love to hate and hate to love the woman.
Here is a video of Beyonce singing "At Last" for Michelle and Barack Obama's first dance. Bey did a great job at capturing the moment, but I must point out the forced tears at the end almost made me vomit.
Side Order: I surely do love me some Barack and Michelle :-) I said aww so many times I wanted to choke myself..awwwww....
