Beyonce announces U.S. tour dates

Beyonce is set to bring her "I Am..." World Tour back to the U.S. this summer. In June, Beyonce will kick off her tour performing at New York's own Madison Square Garden ending with a four-night residence at Las Vegas' Encore July 30-August 2.

The tickets for Beyonce's concert will go on sale April 20th starting at 10 AM but will only be open for pre-sale for those that are members of her fan club. Tickets will go on sale and made available to the general public via Ticketmaster on April 25th. But here is where it gets good and interesting, you could get a chance to see her perform for as little as $20! She will make 2000 seats available at each venue for just $20 to help accommodate those who are feeling the bite of the recession. Smart move because I doubt people are trying to shell out money in the hundreds for a concert.

Beyonce launches tour in Canada....

And only fills up 8,000 out of the 13,000 seats. The recession is either very serious in Canada as well or Bey just might be losing her touch, doubt it.



She sure performed like it was a packed house. Since the press were not allowed in the arena during opening night, we had to depend on the good ol' YouTubers to hook us up with some live footage....

A sneak peek of Beyonce's I Am Tour outfits!

Beyonce's I Am tour is about to kick off and her tour outfits have been revealed!

The tour designer is said to be the very outrageously creative Thierry Mugler who was responsible for Madonna's infamous cone bra.

Thierry's inspiration for the outfits?

"The duality between woman and warrior. Sasha Fierce is another aspect of Beyonce’s Personality” “She is fierce on stage and Beyonce in real life. I tried to understand these two sides with my own perception of both aspects."

Bey's tour outfits for The Beyonce Experience were OK...this tour looks like the outfits are going to be a lot crazier and outlandish, looks interesting. The futuristic body suit looks like a keeper. I personally, would make the bow a little smaller and remove the tassels or fringe from the end and have them lace the back up like a corset. Edginess prevails again folks.
