Here is the brand new video from KRS-One and Buckshot for their song "Robot".
For the record, this song came out way before Jay-Z's "D.O.A.", Jay's song just got a little more publicity and spins on the radio. The video is hot and it's simple and the message is so true. I am loving the fact that rappers are being more vocal about their thoughts on the way music is today.
There are the fans out there that say that the veteran rappers need to let it go and understand that music is changing which is fine. But I personally would appreciate if folks would leave the "old" term (ahem, The Game) alone to justify how redundant some of the songs are today. Ask yourself one question and be honest, can we play half of the songs on the radio today 10 years from now and still love it? Better yet, will we even remember half of the artists today in 10 years? Case closed.
