Artist News: Vogue Magazine editor bans Rihanna!

Word has just got out that Rihanna was banned from the cover of Vogue Magazine. Why you ask? Well, someone out of the goodness of their hearts *que eye roll here* decided to share Rihanna's naked pics that were leaked on the Internet with the editor of Vogue, Anna Wintour, and Anna was far from impressed.

Rihanna and Anna were reportedly in talks for the singer to pose as the cover girl for an upcoming cover of the high-fashion magazine; talks were as recent as May 4th.

Apparently, Anna showered Rihanna with compliments and told her that Vogue loves her and wants her to do their cover. Since the photo's have been leaked and Anna has gotten her eyes on them she has failed to return any of Rihanna's calls.

Blogger Sandra Rose thinks that everyone should boycott the magazine for making such a decision based on some one's actions; my question is, why are we still reading Vogue?!

As for moi, I stopped reading Vogue after I realized none of the models looked nothing like me and I needed to keep myself from developing a complex, but I digress; and besides, I knew damn well I couldn't afford even the socks they advertised in the magazine.

In my opinion, Vogue never catered to the Hip-Hop or R&B community so I never cared to pick up the mag off of the rack; but I can't say that their decision surprises me one bit. Hopefully, Rihanna doesn't take this news to heart and realizes that she doesn't need a Vogue to feel accomplished.
